Ingredients for 6 people – Prep time 10 min – No cooking
- 1 huge bunch coriander
- 1 small bunch mint
- 1 lettuce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp finely chopped red chilli – more or less depending on heat desired
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tsp palm sugar
- 1 tbsp finely chopped peanuts – can be skipped
- Wash lettuce, coriander and mint.
- Tear lettuce leaves in a bowl.
- Roughly chop coriander. Add to bowl.
- Separate mint leaves from stalks. Roughly chop leaves. Add to bowl.
- Mix in an other small bowl all other ingredients.
- Pour sauce when ready to serve, add peanuts and mix.
